Yoghourt - How to make the best Fortified Yoghourt at home.

Lets  see how to make Yoghourt at home all by yourself, and don't worry about Fortified Yoghourt. Fortified means nothing but health full substances to make your yoghourt more healthy food for fighting for your well being from within you!!



Making good yoghourt is like making good stuff that you love to have often. If you live in a large city, you can buy good ready-made yoghourt , If yours is a big family and buying for all them would be definately an expensive food. Just follow this simplest procedure and the most delicious and fortified yoghourt is ready.

Add half cup powdered skim milk to one quarter fresh milk, shake the mixture and preserving jar or mix with help of an electric mixer. Heat this mixture and not boil, Into this hot milk, not boiling milk put three table spoons of ready-made yoghourt and place the mixture in a warm place don't forget to cover the jar with anything , may be some cloth like thing or some tissue papers. About 6 hours you will have a quarter of delicious fortified yoghourt. Now place in a refrigerator about an hour and eat it for your better health.

Don't forget to add yoghourt to your daily menu, two times a day which makes you look better and feel better. The advantages

1)The protein what we get from yoghourt is easier to digest.

2)The calcium is more easily assimilated by older people and of course the vitamins of the valuable B family which the yoghourt bacteria manufacture in the intestines is invaluable.

3)Excessive gas and putrefaction, from which many mature people suffer are gradually eliminated, as the troublesome bacteria cannot live in the lactic acid of yoghourt.

The French eat high quantities of yoghourt with fraises de bois and call it yoghourt. In Sardinia, they call yoghourt gioddu, In India dahi, and i Egypt it's called lebenraib , but it is always the same thing and possess the same qualities.
