First lets us come to one conclusion, Yoghourt or Yogurt.don't worry about the spelling but you pronounce it as they both possess the same features and were called by different names!
It is a food formed by milk, when fermented and adding bacteria to it which forms a semi solid form is called as Yoghourt.

Down through the history not known the exact time frame Yoghourt has played an important role in our health ad well being.The most important factor is regardless of the country, the word Yoghourt as the same meaning.
The Armenians call yoghourt matzoon. The Yogoslavs call is kisselo mleko. The Russianslove their yoghourt with black bread ad call it varenetz. The French eat high quantities of yoghourt with fraises de bois and call it yoghourt. In Sardinia, they call yoghourt gioddu, In India dahi, and i Egypt it's called lebenraib , but it is always the same thing and possess the same qualities.
